目前，罗永浩已和他的前新东方教师朋友们建立了一所英语培训学校(“老罗培训”www.laoluo.org），而老罗也从一名前教师转型为一个校长。用他自己的话说，他是要办一个“以牛教师为核心的，综合服务最专业、最优秀的商业培训机构”。
